Architectural Technologist and Director

 

Chris Workman is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders. After working for a large architectural company for many years Chris decided to set up this company in 1996. His aim was to fill a gap in the architectural field to ensure that small to medium sized projects could be planned and undertaken without encuring large overheads. Another aim in setting up his own business was to give clients a more personal level of customer service in order to create more bespoke architectural designs.

 

Away from the company Chris is a member of North Air Riffle Club and is past Island Champion. He was a Castel parish constable and still takes an active roll in the parish matters. Chris is also on the Castel Church council and works extensively on the church buildings. He is also has a passion for motor boats and is a member of the Guernsey Yacht Club.

Michelle is an experienced and trusted member of the team at Chris Workman & Co Ltd. and has worked for the company for well over ten years. In her time here she has developed invaluable industry knowledge which allows her to handle clients accounts with care and precision.

 

Michelle's interests include tenpin bowling and she is past Ladies Island Champion.
